Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? It happens! You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled because it has entered the courier network and we are unable to pull the shipment back while it is in transit.

How to Cancel:

  • Check your order status via the tracking link sent to your mobile.
  • If it hasn’t been dispatched yet, please fill out our Cancellation Form on the website.
  • If you cannot access the form, please write to business@verdhi.com.
  • Our team will process the request and send a confirmation email typically within 2–3 working days.
  • If delivery is attempted despite your cancellation, you can simply refuse to accept the delivery.

Refunds on Cancellation:

  • Prepaid Orders: We will initiate a refund to your original source of payment once the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • COD Orders: The cancellation will be processed with no payment due.

Return Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of health and wellness products, we do not accept returns after purchase. However, if your order is not right, we are here to fix it. We will initiate a replacement at no extra cost if you receive any of the following:

  • Wrong product
  • Expired product
  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Incomplete order (missing items)

Note: We cannot initiate a replacement if the product has already been opened, used, tampered with, or altered.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Raise a query by filling out the Product Related Form on our website.
  2. If the form is inaccessible, email business@verdhi.com with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  3. Ensure the query is raised within 7 days of the order being delivered.
  4. Our team will review the request and place a replacement order within 7 working days.
  5. If the product is out of stock, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Due to intimate safety and hygiene standards, we do not offer exchanges once a product has been purchased. Our commitment ensures that every product you receive is brand new and has never been handled by another customer. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please refer to the Return Policy above.

Delayed Delivery Policy

We work with high-speed logistics partners; however, timelines are estimates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, operational disruptions, or courier delays.

What if my order is delayed?

  • If your order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date, please fill out the Delayed Delivery Form or contact us at business@verdhi.com.
  • Prepaid Orders: For delays exceeding 10 days, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
  • COD Orders: You may arrange a cancellation at no charge or request we attempt a fresh delivery.

General Refunds Policy

If a refund is applicable (due to cancellation, stock unavailability, or significant delay):

  • We initiate the refund to your original payment source.
  • It typically reflects within 7–10 working days.
  • If a refund is delayed beyond 14 days, please contact business@verdhi.com and we will address it urgently.
