Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link via your registered mobile number or email address. You can also track your order anytime by visiting the Track Order section on our website.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value, which is displayed on our website and at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at the time of checkout and are final.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for most locations. A small cash handling fee may apply to COD orders; this fee will be clearly shown at checkout. If COD is unavailable for your specific PIN code, you can still complete your purchase using our secure prepaid options (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking).

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times due to logistical optimization. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. If you would like to see our products available in your country, please write to us at business@verdhi.com.

Delivery Timelines

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery: Products are usually delivered within 5–10 business days thereafter, depending on your location and the courier partner serving your area.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure speed; however, delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, operational disruptions, courier delays, or unserviceable PIN codes. In such cases, please refer to the Delayed Delivery Policy below.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or the provided address, they will attempt to contact you to reschedule. After 2–3 unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid such returns.

Delayed Delivery Policy

If your order delivery has been delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date:

  1. Please fill out the Delayed Delivery Form on our website.
  2. If the form is not accessible, contact us at business@verdhi.com.
  3. Our team will process the request and send a confirmation email typically within 2–3 working days.
  4. Prepaid Orders: For delays exceeding 10 days, you may choose between a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.
  5. COD Orders: For delays exceeding 10 days, we will arrange a cancellation at no charge. If you still wish to receive the product, please email us to arrange a fresh order.

Refunds for Delayed Delivery

When a refund is confirmed for a delayed prepaid order, we will initiate it to your original source of payment. Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

In rare cases, if your refund has been delayed beyond 14 days, please write to business@verdhi.com and we will address it urgently.
