These T&C shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh. Disputes shall be referred to an independent arbitrator appointed mutually, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chandigarh.
